Thank you for filling out our wholesale form, we are excited that you are here and you are in great hands at Hydbond!
Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have for Wholesale Accounts:
  1. Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order with Hydbond Wholesale! You can order what you need with no minimum quantity or dollar amount. Just keep in mind, free shipping is only on orders $149 & over!
  1. How to place order
  • Upon approval, a log in code will be emailed to the address used in your wholesale application
  • Submit your order via our wholesale site at Hydbond.com
  • You must be a registered wholesale account to view prices & volume discounts! If you have not yet registered please go to the website, click on "new customer sign up" from the home page, then proceed to fill out the form. Please allow us 24 hours to review and approve your application.

  1. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Wholesale Accounts are assigned our newest catalog with the best prices & exclusive volume discounts for bulk ordering. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  1. Returns
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Hydbond's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer
  1. Payments
We accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, & more) see all options at checkout!
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
  1. Payment Terms
Upon approval, your account will automatically require a payment at checkout. We can provide Net 15 & Net 30 Payment terms upon approval. Please call us to see if you qualify.
  1. Shipping
We provide live shipping rates at checkout, orders over $149 will ship free unless stated otherwise.
  1. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Hydbond at info@hydbond.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
  1. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 1-3 business days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
  1. Shipping International Orders
We ship international orders! Keep in mind, there is no free shipping option for international orders & brokerage fees may apply to the customer upon delivery.
